Haven't posted in forever
You know the new Overture Centre that just opened up? It's supposed to be really pretty. And BIG! Mondo huge! With fossils in the walls and everything (that part just makes it all worth while ;-))
I wonder what it would be like to play saxophone there. Meaning as a soloist/small group. Just the solitairy sound reverberating... ooh chills down the spine. And all the people that would come to see the performance. That would be so cool.
It is my goal to perform there or someplace big like that.
NOT THAT I WILL EVER EVER EVER EVER reach this goal... but... it would be nice.
Just a nice... far off... distant... nearly invisible...*sigh* dream.
Now to buy some reeds.
