Concert set lists: an explanatory note
I'm going to collect the various set lists I've compiled from concerts I attended over the years here; I have a few on my public blog, but since I suspect they're only of interest to me, I figure my LJ is a better place for them. I'll leave them public, though, since you never know when some poor soul with interests similar to mine insofar as music and keeping lists goes might be searching for them. (That's on my mind because I didn't write down the set list at the Dar Williams concert we went to in August, figuring I'd be able to find it online. Just my luck, though -- it's nowhere to be found. That'll learn me.)
So, y'all's friends lists are about to be flooded (relatively speaking) with set lists, which I have on the brain because I saw my favoritest band ever, Great Big Sea, twice over the weekend, and at one concert the dude next to me was writing the set list down and I gave him my e-mail address and asked him to e-mail it to me (will he or won't he? We shall see...), and at the other concert I was able to take pictures of the actual physical set list on the stage floor, so I intend to post those with commentary and stuff, predominantly for my own edification and memories, of course. *shrug* I dunno what I'm on about. Short version: I like music and I like concerts and I like listing things. And there you have it.
