i love it when customers are downright rude and inconsiderate to me when i'm trying my hardest to do my job the best i can, while simultaneously expecting me to be sympathetic of their problems. *bleeds sarcasm*
maybe i am just a machine in a uniform... or maybe people just need to fucking grow up and chill out.

...sorry, i just needed to get that out of my system. today safeway was apparently a flourescent light for all of the moth-brained grocery shoppers in burke. fuckers.
aaanyway, things are otherwise pretty good. -yes-, alex and i are going out, and -no-, i didn't need to be pushed that hard. not to say i didn't appreciate the occasional pep talk i got from individuals (because i know i needed them from time to time), but people were a bit too forceful, which kind of made things worse than they should have been. thanks for everyone's concern, at any rate; i definitely appreciate it. ^^
just got paid again today (i love being paid once a week ^_^), so i'm happy about that. i know some of it has to go into my savings account since i pretty much killed it off this year (long story), but that's ok. i'll still have enough in my pocket to get some pretty cool and shiny things. yay. ^_^
anyway, i think i'll go grab some eats. i hope everyone at the vnv nation concert is having a lot of fun. ^_^
