The Festival / Labor Day...
I decided to make yesterday's post and today's post one and the same... no sense in wasting the space.
Yesterday I went to the Reniassance Festival. Never gone before, so it was definatly an experience. EVERYTHING was so expensive there... but I suppose that really didn't matter... I was broke to begin with. $8 for a little wooden dagger that I coulda made at home is rediculous though... the dagger wasn't even painted! :vein:
I got to throw tomatoes at a jester though. $2 for 3 tomatoes... they musta been making a KILLING. A case of those tomatoes is only like $5 from the corner market in the area... and EVERYONE was lining up to pelt this guy. Sean Eric got in line 10 times and wasted more money in five minutes than I thought was humanly possible. The jester was a jackass though, so he well deserved any tomatoes that hit him.
Today was Labor Day and my family kinda sprung a party on me. I wasn't expecting a thing (I was actually going to go over Steph's and check out that new game... :vein: ) It went pretty well, considering it was only family. Tomorrow is my first "offical" day of college... if thats even the right term to use. Its an online course... *sigh* so no classroom. I have to go to Scraft though to LEARN how to use the online system though. I'm really anxious to return to college.
