Well, these last few curses were kinda cool, I guess. I mean... People coulda freakin' died, but I haven't heard anything about that. High-speed races, though? Always awesome. Unless you're the losin' driver, of course.

I still can't quite get used to the City, in all honesty. Not even 'cuz of the curses anymore. I'm just... not used to staying in one place nowadays. Past few years, I lived from hotel to hotel. Now I actually got a place to call "home." That's... Just so weird to me.

One thing I really miss, though... See, my little fold-out couch always has an empty spot. I see it every time I wake up. And... It's really started getting on my nerves. I don't wake up next to anyone. I'd start hittin' people up for dates, but... Damn, now I'm startin' to be real good friends with these people. People I can trust. People I actually care about. Haven't had that in a long time... An' I really don't wanna mess that up.
