Trevor and I are in Athens! :D The flights were LONG LONG LONG and I only now feel reasonably better - apparently I don't land well. :P Fortunately on the way back we are travelling through London, so there will be two flights instead of three.
We are in a hotel called the Piraeus Dream Hotel. Apparently it used to be the 'X'-Dream hotel. The new management removed the 'x', and the atmosphere that went with it, which is good.... Our room is small but there is a great shower and a really cool view out the window - will take pics tomorrow when it's light out.
I think we're 6h ahead of home, here. It appears to be 9pm. I sure don't feel like it's 9pm. And I plugged my computer in and it still functions, which is a plus.
This is SO COOL. :D
Off to track down Trevor's parents and some food.
ETA: There were no snakes on any of the planes.
