*Rhoda's been browsing the library, and found some interesting articles on black widow killers (on an impulse, one-- written by Richard Bravo, on the subject of the infamous Bessie Denker-- has been neatly tucked into her pocket, for closer reading) and now, it would seem, has gotten some ideas. As she's still an adult, she has determined to capitalize on the situation. Now she sits in the main room, neatly perfumed, lipsticked, and powdered. Anyone with an eye for a pretty girl is likely to notice her, and with her new plans in mind, she's likely to welcome them. (Anyone good at recognizing pure evil-- well. They're likely to notice her, too.)*
