Yesterday was a brighter day. The Senate turned out not to be filibuster-proof after all and I could sit back and feel a little better about the coming years and wait and see what happens.
One of the things that I felt fairly good about in an Obama administration was linked to his comments about the necessity of vaccines to prevent disease and the lack of a link between those vaccinations and autism. So I am disturbed - very disturbed - too see RFK Jr. (antivaxxer and author of
"Deadly Immunity") being referenced as
a possible head of the EPA.
Not good. Not good at all.
