One onion. Three cloves of garlic. Two stalks of celery. Saute in olive oil.
Add: three carrots, small. Three potatoes, small. One and a half cubes of buillon. One can tomato paste. Water to cover.
Basil, marjoram, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper.
Am having it with cider and homemade challah.
