So, I didn't realize it had been as long as it has been since my last milestone. At any rate I was gonna post on Monday about how I finally reached 189 lbs after what had to have been at least a month stalling at 191, but I forgot, and then, today I hit 187, so that helped remind me. It's funny though 30 days... same weight, then bam, 4 lbs in 3 days.
In other related news I m up to 67 sit-ups and 87 push-ups, which is what I am doing till I get a new gym situation figured out. I had gotten disappointed with the actual 100 push-ups program, and left it after finishing set 2 of week 5, and switched to just doing as many as I could each, which seemed to work good for awhile as I quickly went from ~60 to my latest of 87, but its seems like that has started to plateau, so today I switched back and killed set 3 of week 5 to finish that out. Maybe it just helps to switch things up occasionally.
