Torta paradiso; Angel cake. A traditional, light and soft textured italian cake. With mascarpone cheese and raspberry jam too.

Oh~! It isn't mine, one of the cooks leant it to me! [He happily explainds beginning to work on the freshly baked cake.]

Hmm. [Ahem. Concentrates on his cake. Suspicious how? He isn't suspicious at all.] I see.

What cake is that? It looks good. [His poor, empty plate is yearning for another slice.]

It's the Torta Paradiso, it's a traditional Italian cake! Have you never tried it? [Well your plate just earned another slice, haha! :D]
