Mononoke is over!

Very bittersweet to have completed Mononoke. I was rather hanging onto the fact that, whilst the last episode was finished, there was still the high definition to watch, but it all ended up being released yesterday. (See final release post here.) It was a brilliant project, although the odd drama threatened to swamp it. I was just so excited

Yeah, I watched it! Twice (once with subs, once without) and posted a tl;dr entry about it here (that was almost a week ago and I didn't know yet that the ridiculous names are code names). To sum it up: I loved it! But I expected that since I can't think of much that can go wrong when Yun Kouga designs for a SF series...

I do hope that we'll get some colour images by Yun Kouga for G00, similar to those by Clamp for Code Geass. And since she's a huge Gundam fan, I'm pretty sure there will be at least a few illustrations (she did doujinshi for Gundam Seed after all). Doujinshi'd rock, though! :D
