Plaster Palace
Okay.. I am so excited today. At the beginning of the summer I applied for a job at Plaster Palace near my house. They didn't even have any applications so they gave me a sheet of paper to put all my information down on. Three weeks go by and still no call so I called them and they told that they weren't hiring anymore. Devasted, I stopped looking for a job and tried to enjoy the rest of my summer. But low and behold they called me back FINALLY the day before yesterday. I was so excited but I was a nervous wreck. So anyway I had my interveiw positive I bombed it and they called me back today and told me that I needed to go in around noon to set up a shedule.. I was like, "Did I get the job?" lol YES you did!!! Im walking on the clouds right now! I didnt think that they would hire me because most people I know say that they won't and they actually did. Everyone there when I went seemed so nice. I can't wait to become apart of that family.lol The training starts on the 1st of August and I signed up to start on the 11th. It that too late? Oh well, my manager said she'd call me to tell me when I could come in and work. It just feels so good to say to people.. "Sorry I can't hang out today. I have to go to work."lol How professional?!
