Well, I did it. I filed for eviction. Actually, this one is just the five day notice, it won't actually hurt her at all. It the next one if I have to do that that effects the credit. Hopefully, I won't have to do that

When have you instigated any communication to resolve the problem that has been brewing since February??? When have I been able to instigate communication with you regarding money without being dished an attitude.oh yeah, that must have been when you locked me out of being able to communicate with you via email, you know when we weren't speaking and you kept emailing me asking what was wrong and when I told you, you locked me out of emailing you anymore...because I didn't say what you wanted to hear....oh wait there was also the letter that I sent to both you and your husband trying to work out a payment plan, that neither one of you have responded to. But I am sure you are the victim here since you are the victim in every situation that doesn't go your way. You're right it does take two to tango. It also only takes two responsible friends to make a roommate situation work. However, one of us wasn't paying her rent, utilities, etc. Yet every time I asked for money I was told you had to make a car payment At some point you will learn to make the roof over your head a priority over the anything else unless of course you find some other sorry sap like me...maybe they will even babysit your kids so you can go to work and not pay rent. You know after hearing Sorry so many times with no change in action one becomes immune to it.

But please do share your side of this one-sided tale. I would love to hear your side of this. I'd also love to see that bill you promised me, I would love to know what it is that you think I owe you, but then again you may want to save it for the judge in small claims court. I am sure Stormie would appreciate the opportunity to see both sides since my side appears to be so distorted.

Well, I have the receipt from the post office of my attempt via certified, return receipt to both of you. It can be tracked, or at least that is what the courts told me to do.
