Globalization and couch potatodum
Well in the space of 3 short months I've gone from the world of aerial to digital cable. I returned home yesterday to find a shiny new black box a top the TV. I guess we're in the special trial period as we seem to be receiving everything but Punjab TV and the er, infamous channel 570.
So I eagerly anticipating indulging in the two DW's: Deutsche Weller and Doctor Who. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that most of the programming on Deutsche Weller seems to be in English (and Spanish?!) and BBC Kids was showing The Mutants!
Still, I just can't get enough of Bert Convy on the Game Show Channel...
