This place looks very nice and isn't that expensive (at least not when comparing other properties in the area), but there seems to be some issues with the on-site management staff. But I guess people only care to write a review if they have something to complain about, so it's probably not a bad as described...
The place looked nice when I visited and a gas range in the kitchen is something I want.
