I'm posting from a friend's house, so I won't really have time to write my analysis/explanations or post them onto my Excel.
West Virginia at Rutgers (-2): picking WVU to win and cover
Cincinnati (-2) at Pitt: picking Pitt to win and cover (I think Cincinnati deserves a BCS bowl even if they lose)
CUSA CG Houston (-3) vs. East Carolina: picking Houston to win and cover
Arizona at USC (-7): picking USC to win and cover
SEC CG Florida (-6) vs. Alabama: picking Florida to win, Alabama to cover.
ACC CG Georgia Tech (-1) vs. Clemson: picking GT to win and cover
Big 12 CG Texas (-14) vs. Nebraska: picking Texas to win and cover; I'm surprised this spread isn't like 20 points
if no upsets happen, the four at-large BCS bowl bids deserve to go to (in this order):
TCU
Alabama/Florida loser
Boise St.
Iowa
The losers of the following games deserve bids over the bottom two:
a) Pitt beats Cincinnati
b) Nebraska beats Texas (not going to happen)
