I'd love a bit of clarification on this bit.

You will have 85 themes to choose from. If you are doing 100 icons, you must choose 40 of the 50 themes to do. If you do 50 icons, you will need to do 20. The choice of the themes are yours.

What's the "you must choose 40 of the 50 themes to do" part mean? I mean, it's already established that there are 85 themes. Now there are 50? Or does that mean choose 40 from the first 50 and 40 from ... the next 35? I'm just confused. I'm guessing it means 40 from the whole 85, but I'd like to know for sure.

Oh I'm sorry. I really have to change that. Orginally we were just going to have 50 themes to choose from, but we figured the more there were that you all would have better results. You have to use 40 themes from the 85 we posted.

I'm still sort of confused... do we have to make 40 themed and then 60 random, or are we supposed to use one theme more than once? Sorry if I'm just being thick. :)

You make 40 with themes, and 60 random. You can only use each theme once.

How exactly does the waiting list work? For instance, I might be interested in doing a Red Sox claim, but there are already three people listed for that. Would that category only free up if someone doesn't do his or her icons, or does the limit of three expire after a certain period of time?

I'm sorry it's taken someone a while to reply. Once someone has completed their claim or doesn't do their icons the claim is then open once more for someone else to claim.

This is probably a stupid question, but is there a specific number of icons that should show up in a batch? I'm especially wondering about the first batch we have to post by a certain date. Is there a minimum numbers of icons that should be in that first batch? (I've never done any thing like this, I've actually just started even sharing my icons, and I just want to make sure I know what I'm doing with this before putting in my claim!)

You can post however many you want in your first batch and the rest of the batches. You just need to have your set amount completed at the end =)

Just have a quick question about the themes.

I know we're supposed to use a certain number of them, can use more than that's required? Or are we just allowed to use the set amount?

i'm sorry to ask but this is my first time. is there a place i can go to get the tables that icons are posted in or should i just code it all with html? i'm really really hoping there's a generator or something like that.

You can do whatever you feel most comfortable with. I know there are generators out there, but I'm not sure the exact links as I don't use them. Or you can simply number them and paste the img tag next to each number. Whatever you want to do is fine with us, so long as it's stated what theme is with what icon. :]
