He had eaten too much.
He had drunk too much.
Why was Christmas like this? Why did he insist on overdoing things? It was a Boxing Day tradition to feel like crap in the morning, that’s why.
Lester was going to be in a terrible mood later at the ARC.
“Oh god… we drank way too much!”
“Where are we?”
“Oh no!”
Lester bolted upright in his bed and glared at the two heads poking out at the other end.
Abby hid back under the blankets. Connor grinned sheepishly and waved.
Oh god. What the hell did he do now?
