Rather than trying to fill you in on what's been going on the past 21 weeks, I'll just focus on the past seven days. As evidenced in the photo above, I flew from London to Sweden. My friend Crystal was visiting from California and wanted to see what the country had to offer. We were meant to land in Malmö but the flight was diverted to a tiny airport in Gothenburg because of weather conditions. We had to wait in a little airport hut and then take a bus four hours south. This wouldn't have been a big deal had we had any sleep the night before (we had to leave at four A.M. to catch our flight). The bike photo was taken in the bustling metropolis of Landskrona, the place where I spent the first morsel of my life.
Token cannon photo...
This is my friend Andreas, Landskrona émigré. We stayed at his amazing new apartment in Malmö for a bit and had some fun.
Contemporary Swedish advertising.
Andreas' ironic (?) tribute to the king of Sweden.
Crystal looking pissed off, probably because I was being slow.
Back in London: part of the Hélio Oiticica Tropicália installation at the Barbican.
Lethal Bizzle!
Hang in there!
