I just..
can't seem to get to writing! No time whatsoever.. and when I do have a little time I have to catch up entries (no problem ofcourse, I love reading those!) Anyway here goes something :
- I dont like neglecting things or people.. but I do, I know. This is due to lack of time.
- I always get a strange feeling when some people talk about their way too 'average' life. It gives me the creeps actually. Especially when they think I am one of 'them' :P I'll never be.. I'd rather kill myself, thank you
- I went to the opening of U2's European Tour on Friday and I loved it! I have seen some reactions of dissatisfied people complaining about the sound (apparently at some places the sound went mute a couple of times), I didn't hear this. Ofcourse do remember that it's a concert in a football stadium, you can hardly expect cd quality there, huh? Anyway.. to me the sound was okay. I liked the setlist too, they played almost all classics (and they have quite a few, just look at the list of songs they didn't play). It was a great feeling to sing a long with 60 000 people doing mexican waves all the time. My seats were the cheapest one's you could find (because the other one's were sold out) but the atmosphere of the 'cheapasses' tribune was the best of all if you looked around :) All in all a very enjoyable concert, it was U2! Thanks to participants my sister,brother in law and Jen it became a perfect evening
- I saw a poster which stated Calexico was coming this summer to Antwerp, so I immediately ordered tickets! I love that band! Also ordered Zita Swoon tickets and a campingticket for Werchter. Damn you Visa and online ordering! too tempting!
- So yep, I won't be staying in Leuven with Rock werchter this year. I guess I was too rude not talking to her for a whole year and now wanting to spend 3 nights at her place during the festival :p She didn't answer my sms anyway. Im lucky there are still some campingtickets left ! Should become extremely fun actually if I can hang out with Hanne
