As an HR guy I know I don't have to explain these principles to you, but it's really exciting to watch Bob at work. At least from my outside perspective it's encouraging to see him unafraid to take bold steps to maximize the talent and skill-sets of our incredible but limited staff. That's the mark of a great manager.

And for a newlywed with an infant this has to be a positive move! Probably very few "marketing emergencies" that require your immediate attention at 2 o'clock in the morning.

Bob's doing an amazing job. And adding Meagan to our year-round talent is huge. I can't wait to work with her!

I wouldn't consider myself a newlywed but yes, this is good for work/life balance for us. But if camp calls at 2 am next summer and I can be of help, I'm there. That's how we roll.

How long have you guys been married now?

We've been married since August 5, 2006. So just over two years. But we dated for a couple of years and we're old to begin with.
