i can't wait anymore

i was just feeling very stressed and overwhelmed leaving one of my classes. the professor decided for the holiday vacation convenience of a few, he would change the final from december 19th to next thursday. this means i wouldn't be able to study for three weeks and then bring my grade up past its dismal spot at the moment. it would be the lowest final grade i've ever gotten and i'm not anxious to start that up senior year. so i was pissed and went out to get food and movies to try to relax. that's when i discovered that i luv video now gets a keg every tuesday and gives customers as much beer as they please while they browse movies. what a beautiful idea. i downed my beer very quickly so i could get home and eat. i feel much more relaxed now. mmmm, beer. i think i will curl up with my la madeline soup and sex and the city dvds now. i can start all the insane work tomorrow. inluding coming up with a topic for and then completing my big semester project for government. we were supposed to be working on it since the second week of class. my big sarah weddington paper is due monday too. i sort of have a topic, now i just need to figure out how to look up law review articles at tarlton. all that will wait until tomorrow though.
sam is off in pharmaco again, hopefully getting rich to buy me a fabulous birthday present- he's always good at birthdays. this year it will be in the middle of a week of chaos, but that's okay. for the weekend i booked a room at the tropicano in san antonio. it's super 60s dean martin style, and i'm determined that it gives me an excuse to wear my new anthropologie dress- to the hotel bar at least. they also have a huge movie screen by the pool where they show movies on the weekends. hopefully saturday will involve me in a hot tub with a cocktail watching a cool movie.
i can't wait for this to all be over, to enjoy my summer, and to move to a new and exciting place.
