sam is out on another 3 hour bike ride through the west lake hills, and i'm sitting here feeling fat and lazy. i had a snickers ice cream bar for breakfast. the cpap mask is not working so i still have no energy. on the plus side, scotland is coming up and i'm sure my enthusiasm and a little adderall will get me through that. we're heading to spring at 4 on the 18th. i'll call you woodlands girls when we're getting close. now i'm going to go look for some real food.
