My friend in Germany booked us for two concerts. And gave her address in Germany as the place to deliver the tickets to. The problem that we've since discovered is that they will be dispatching the tickets (esp.) for the second concert) AFTER we're in the UK.
*head meets desk*
Just wondering if anyone else from outside of the UK is having this problem, and if so, how did they solve it? We've already tried to use the address change but there is no option of "Pick up from venue". We're wary of sending the tickets to our B&B or a friend that lives in the UK because we really don't want these tickets to get lost!!
I really don't want to have to call them from Canada (My friend's spoken English isn't that great, so I handle details) to get this sorted(unless I absolutely have to) so any suggestions are helpful!
