Squee! Thanks for letting us know! So, how do I actually order? Will it be possible on the site itself, do I need to register for that? Or do I need to give them a call? (I'm from Germany)
You can easily order on-line (I think you need to register, but only after you chose your tickets), but if you like to call them (or the venue for that matter) it's possible, too. Either way you'll need a credit card, though. So which one do you wanna go to?
And we want to go to Cardiff, of course ;) Have a little sightseeing. Although it's a big hall, 7,500 people fit in. Can you please answer one more question? I've never ordered tickets for the UK before and I always stumble about the word "stalls". This is located right at the front, before the floor seating blocks. What's that exactly? Are you sitting on tables there?
"I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it..." Ooops ;) I have something to spend the time till October, because in August I'll have a meet with Richard Dean "MacGyver" Anderson in Vancouver. So two major events to look forward to! And a lot of planning for planes and hotels as well.
I think the official start of ticket sales is on Friday (members of John's yahoo!group got a link for an advanced sale, though). Going by the ticket price they show on allgigs.co.uk I'd be careful btw. Either the prices have dropped considerably since the last tour, or they might only sell the 'cheap seats' there. I remember paying about 50 GBP for my ticket last year.
Sightseeing in Cardiff is a great idea. Did that in December when I went to see "Robin Hood". I felt like the Torchwood gang could come round a corner at any moment ;)
And sophm is right, stalls is simply the English word for Parkett.
A friend of mine wanted to go to "Robin Hood" as well but it was the weekend when there was so much snow and no planes were taking off, so she ended up not going. It's sad when you look forward to something and then can't go.
I heard they even have guided Dr. Who and Torchwood-tours for the many fans coming to Cardiff. We'll certainly find a way to spend the time! Thank you for all your help.
Oh yes, trying to take a plane this winter could end badly. I made it to the UK, but then on my way home had to spend one day more at Luton airport than I wanted to, because the flights were cancelled. In the end I then flew back to Dortmund instead of Hamburg *rollseyes*

I also found another site selling tickets http://www.allgigs.co.uk/search/tourdates/52915/John_Barrowman-1.html - there it says it starts on Thursday already!
It seems quite easy to navigate.
