John as Widow Twanky?

Hi all,

Does anyone have a scan of the photo of John as Widow Twanky from his autobiography or even better yet, the miracle of other photos of him dressed up as the Widow from Live and Kicking?

I'm working on a project that relates to that particular character that he performed and could use all the visual references I can get my hands on, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
