I guess it is this station. has a listen live which worked for me but I couldn't figure out any schedule.

That's the frontpage, the link i had waas directly to the Hereford page. Wehre did you get the hint about John from? Did someoen tweet/facebook that he is on his show? MAybe then we could figure out

They were playing adverts for it this week, bit every time it came on i was in the middle of serving someone so i couldnt listen to it!
