If anyone knows of a place to live or someone who has a room for rent that is roughly $350/mo after utilities and cable/internet, please let me know. I am so very sick and tired of calling a place and hearing "oh sorry, that got rented, I don't know why I still have that ad up" and "yes it's open. Oh wait no, someone came in and signed a lease right before your showing, don't bother coming in."
