Update Time
Guess I am getting kind of behind. I guess I will start with the weather :). It has finally cooled off. Glorious. It has been in the mid 80's for this week. It has been really great. We have really had the triple digits this year. It got HOT in May and has just stayed there. So we are finally cooling off. We have even had a little rain.
Went to the lake house last week end in order to get the grass mowed. It really needed it. Other than that we didn't really do much, just spent the labor day at the lake. The week end before that we went to Grapevine, Tx. Took the grandkids to Rain Forest Cafe. I couldn't find Rose a wolves shirt, I guess she will survive. Got up this morning and fixed biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs for a friend (Milford). He had a training session going on for archery and was feeding everyone breakfast. So I had it ready and he picked it up. Can you believe I got up at 5:30 on a saturday just to fix a ton of food. I don't do this for just anyone. I generally get up early on saturday to watch the 3 reds, but I think I am going to get a break from the saturday kid day. Sherry is suppose to be watching them now on thursday but it interfers with her bingo. So we are switching, she will get saturday morning and I will take thursday night (I use to have them both days so I am really coming out ahead. Plus I can go places and not worry about not leaving until saturday afternoon. Friday here I come.)
I paid a girl to have Wilma's (sister) grass mowed. She left for a week (July 4th) and hasn't gotten back yet. Her yard is looking bad. Guess that is about all I know for now.
