Here I am at the library again. Free fun for all!
Really it's quite strange how much is abvailible for free. Well, ok, the down town South Bend library costs .75 cents for VHS or DVD's, but still just a few days after it was out on DVD "I borrowed" (after the surcharge) Batman Begins with the bonus of Star Wars III. C'mon, for a measly 1.50$? Now that's a bargin.
It seems only the homless, poor, or homeless poor black, use the library anymore. It's lunacy. Hey, besides, with today's computer tech, you can increase your personal CD library exponentally just by checking out the FREE CD's and rippin' 'em to your hard drive. Couldn't be easier if they were handing them out for free at Sam Goody.
Anywho, I'm a just checking out this Christmas Encyclopedia that I checked out last year. It's amazing, it really is. Found out all sorts of neat shit, some of wich I had thought I had made up. Who woulda thought I knew what I was talking about.
Like my boy Kneckt Ruprecht. Yeah, He's a badass. If any of you have hung around me during the christmas season, I've probably told you about this guy. He's this bad ass Anti-Claus who looks like 'em but all hard core and shite. Imagine brown burlap n furs Santa. And this guy, sure he has candy for the good little boys n girls, alledgedly, but get this. Bundles of thorny sticks to whip your ass with if you've been naughty. Oh, and did I forget to mention his sack. Unlike Santa's, it's for kidnapping the kids who are really bad to take them back to , oh I don't know, the black forest to really learn 'em sumpin'.
I so want a movie about this guy. Oh, and Santa backs this guy. Well, at least in Germany. And in my heart. DEUTCHLAND UBER ALLES!
Anywho, part II, This is such a good read. Maybe I'll lay some more ill shite on you next post.
For now, I gotta find some comix collections to read. I just can't seem to deal with novels lately. Can't think of anything I want to read.
Hey, homework. Reply to this with "novel" ideas for me. Keep in mind, if there's no monsters, aliens, outer space, or ...uh, those kind'a things, I'm probably not interested, but what the hell. Give anything a try. It'd be interesting to see what you highly intelligent chaps and chappies come up with.
