Ok, wtf. I'm sitting here updating my computer, and I pick up skip on Bureau County's frequency, Auroura Emergency Management. They say something about a statewide tornado drill. Ok, whatever. Then the tornado siren goes off, and I'm looking all over tv for info. Nothing. So then my weather radio starts going nuts. Three tornado alerts about a minute apart. I turn the weather radio on to find out it's only a test. Wtf.
In other news, the internship is going great. I have seen a lot of shit while out on the road. I was even able to fill out a citation or two last night. Unfortunately, I haven't seen an arrest, domestic or crash yet. We did find a bumper out on the middle of the road last night.
