Oh so I wanted to ask if you are cooking over fire or using a propane stove? I want to move past the propane stove some day. Hell, I would like to go back to camping someday. Baby steps.

Just a propane stove for now. I don't have a portable fire pit (yet) and too few sites allow ground fires. I may try some of this over the fire at Pennsic or Panteria next year.
