Dad finally wrote his will
A bit over 3 years ago my Dad's doctors told him he had 2 years to live. His response was, "Screw that I have too much to do. I am going for 10." He is just stubborn enough to do just that. He had asked me to be executor of his estate, and has told me who gets what, but did not have it in writing. After much nagging, yesterday he finally wrote his will officially. So I have the copy of that, and the Power of Attorney both financial and medical. This is a relief, after his last 2 nearly fatal heart attacks I feel somewhat better prepared to deal with stuff when the time comes. Still hope it is a long time from now!
