Breakfast: biscuits and gravy - pork and turkey sausages fried in bacon fat, gravy made with 1/2 and 1/2, eggs fried in butter on the side. Coffee with cream.
Dinner: Veggies from our CSA-Grilled squash and yellow potatoes, peas and carrots, cabbage salad. See, it all balances out!
