My mom got me a beautiful basket of a dozen tulips for Easter. They were gorgeous when they bloomed. They all had at least 2 blooms per stalk, some even had 3! They were solid yellow with a blue inner ring....
Anyway, the blooms are gone, and now I don't know what to do with them! I'd like to transplant them, some outside, and some to another indoor pot. Do I need to cut them back, if so, how far? Do I let the green stuff die, and then uproot?
Please let me know if you have any advice. I'm good with veggies, and houseplants...but have NO experience with flowers and/or bulbs!
Thanks!
