Moving Sale!!
Katharine and I found a property we both like in Pittstown, NY (about halfway between the exciting metropoli of Brunswick and Hoosick Falls). We realize we are going to have to deal with a lot of tourist traffic -- NOT!
We've come to an agreement with the seller and now we are moving on to the mortgage side of things. The lawyers have been notified and all that.
Regardless of whether we get the house (it's an FHA mortgage so we don't know if they'll shoot us down), Katharine and I are having a moving sale this Sunday (5/20/07)!! Well, providing the baby doesn't arrive before then (she's due on the 23rd).
We'll have all kinds of stuff for sale -- seeing how we have doubles of a lot of things. There will also be a lemonade stand!

People are also welcome to stop by and visit. If you really don't have a burning desire to purchase some of our stuff, we'll also have items for sale from Rene and Nirit as well as my parents. I also suspect Katharine's brother and sister might get involved.
