some people have a tendency to validate themselves in the strangest of ways. a current string of events have brought me to an epiphany of sorts. i now recognize the people in my life that really count, the people that would go to the end of the earth for you - and the ones you'd do the same for. but this realization is neither surprising nor heartbreaking. let that be known.
