I particularly agree with Reason #42. The only way it makes sense for so much of the series (and therefore so much of Ted's story of how he met the Mother) to have been spent on Barney and Robin is if it's at Barney and Robin's wedding that Ted meets the Mother. Why else would the B/R relationship have any significance to Ted's journey toward the Mother?
There were I couple of things I thought to add on to your points #16 and #55 (I hope you don't mind!). Robin is also wearing yellow, the symbolic color of "The One" in The Leap, the episode where Barney and Robin finally get together. And in Bagpipes, Lily said Barney and Robin's problem was that they needed to compromise and put the other one ahead of their own desires and interests. At the time they laughed, but we've seen Barney do this many times now for Robin (Subway Wars, to name one) and Robin do this for Barney (The Best Man and The Stinson Missile Crisis). They've now learned what it is to love one another selflessly and to sacrafice to make the other happy.
