Hell Week
Well Sunday afternoon I left to go up to the high school to meet before the trip to Sauk Valley. We left the school around 3:00 or so and got there at about 5:00. There is a certain smell to this place. Like the smell of death waiting for you. Well it was all walk-through on sunday and no practice legally untill monday. Now monday comes and this is basically our schedule but it changed from day to day:
6:00 wake up
6:30 go to practice
7:45 practice ends
8:00 go to breakfast
9:30 go to practice
11:45 practice ends
12:00 go to Lunch
2:45 go to practice
5:15 practice ends
5:30 soak in lake
6:15 go to dinner
7:30 go to practice
9:45 practice ends
10:00 chalk talk
11:15 lights out
Can you say fun? oh yes. Now i came home and every bone and muscle on my body felt like shit. Besides all of the bad parts of the camp, it actually was an eye opener to how hard the season was going to be and how hard i would have to work to get a starting spot. Away from all the sprints and hard work put into Sauk Valley it was actually one of the most fun camps ive been to. Now lemme get some rest and ill write again later. Dia Dhuit
