That's really scary. Was it the person to died who was at fault? I can't imagine how horrible that would be to be a part of that either as a witness or as a survivor.

the person who died was "at fault". he pulled out in front of the oncoming car. b seems to be processing well. i purposefully didn't see much of it except for cars off the road and emergency response vehicles.
