I did a 45min spin class tonight. Then went downstairs for a jog, but couldn't keep that up (damn boobs!!). Decided to take on a big incline powerwalk instead - 5.5 incline @ 6.5km/hr for about 30 mins. Felt good to power walk and get the heart rate up that way. And I've never been that steep before... i'll be sure to do that again when I don't
