(no subject)
New job is good.
Too early to say too much, despite everyone asking me a thousand questions about it. Honestly just a bit tired about talking about it. I'm just doing ALOT of training right now, but it's all positive and I think I'll be able to get the hang of it pretty well! I'll be able to update more in a few weeks when I'm in my groove.
I have forgotten what it feels like to work so much though... it hit me by Wednesday early afternoon. I was total zombie head... I know I'll get into the swing of things eventually but I had no idea how much of a toll it'd take on me so quickly! Between my two jobs, I'm working 6 days a week... the most frustrating thing is the 9am-5pm part 3 days per week. I literally cannot get anything done, like going to the post office to send off Zwilling stuff, or go to the gym at a reasonable hour. Seriously, how do people do it????? Anyway... thankfully I have the rest of the week to figure postal stuff out, etc... and well, I am figuring out a new gym schedule slowly. Urghhh i hate the after-work gym crowd. And it's quite a crowd. Not fun!
Looking forward to pay day but that looks to be a month away - yes, I'll get paid monthly.........
I need new clothes!! I really need office wear so I'm scrambling around for the time being with what I have plus 3 shirts I bought from Target to tie me over (sigh). I did do a naughty and buy a whole box full of clothes from American Eagle last night, with clothes that could bridge to workwear outfits too... so hopefully that arrives next week, or so!
I'm sooooooooooooooooooooo tired from this week already. I hope it gets easier soon!!
I miss Pete lotssssssssssssssssssssss............ I haven't seen him in a month now, and I can't find ANY decent flights over the next few weeks. This sucks!!!! I had a bit of a chat about it to him last night on the phone, but I was a bit overly tired and got a little sooky about everything. Mrhmmm... He was being all cute and made me miss him more. I'm so annoyed I can't just, like.. drive to Brisbane or something.The only good flights are at ridiculous times and on stupid days. Boohoo!
