(no subject)
I bought my own Xmas present on Tuesday (my brother is donating some money towards it for Xmas, but I'm still funding 2/3rds of it heh) I loooove them.
Cycle shoes! I was naughty and took them to the gym on Wednesday with me hehe. Due to the holidays, my regular Spin classes aren't on so I've been going into the studio by myself and hooking up my mp3 player to the stereo and turning on the party lights. I ended up spinning for over an hour! A couple of the the other guys do the same thing and I ran into them yesterday - they're all "hey, new shoes!" yep, yaaaaay.
Definitely can feel the workout more. It works the calves more (good! I want bigger calves!) and I woke up in the middle of the night last night with tight glutes, quads and hamstrings. Somebody didn't stretch properly after working out :P
So, they are going back in the box and being wrapped up under the tree today just for me to unwrap after Dinner tonight with the family hehe.
