I've been raging on with my Spin classes lately. It's been so great. I'm part of the group (I say "team" haha) at the front and we pretty much race, and we push ourselves the hardest. I love it. I love that I can keep up with these people, it's a great boost to my fitness selfesteem.

Awful thing is I"ll be away from the gym for over a week and it's so hard to go back after being on break for that long! Especially with beers and eating out every night!!

....weeee, tomorrow I fly to Queenstown. Yay!

I haven't packed. I'm crap. I haven't flown anywhere this whole year, that feels WEIRD to me considering how I was raking up frequent flyers last year... and how often I went to Buller too... this is nuts that it's August already, and I'm only starting now! ...well, it has been a pretty big year for me. So that's a good excuse.

My calves and glutes and quads are sooooooore. But the good kind of sore. Just doing alot of stretching in the meantime. Yay snowboarding finally!!

ok off to work I go... wahoo!
