(no subject)
Since Sunday I've been on an insane beanie-making spree. I've made about 10 new items, including a few customs and also a few in that new style (the ribbed spiral) in various colours. Yay. I'm ZONKED though.. yet I can't stop..
There is some crazy bird living nearby that I just don't know what she's doing. Over the last two days, she's been flying endlessly around the area squawking and calling and squawking for HOURS ON END. It starts at 7am and goes until about sunset. I don't know what her problem is, but it's DRIVING ME NUTS. It's like she's fighting for the area, or is incredibly lost and angry over something, but it never stops!!! Grr.
Beanies beanies beanies beanies. From when I wake up, until I go to bed. I've been living and breathing beanies this week - which is just as well since the last couple weeks I've been rather slack. I have SO MUCH YARN I'm starting to stress about where I'm going to keep it all... i need *MORE* boxes already. I've spent a small holiday's worth on yarn since I started Zwilling, and that's scary!
Pete just got a webcam, and I got mine finally out of the drawer last night, and we had a great webcam chat last night for a few hours. Earlier this week I got a one-way cam conversation so I got nagged to find mine and join in hehe it's awesome. It's a nice addition to the usual phone call or MSN chat cuz you get to see the other person's immediate reactions. Always alot of fun and it's great to do that when we are so far apart. Just reminds me how cute he is sometimes hehe and how much we laugh together.
He called me today as he found out he's finally coming to Sydney for the training in his new job that he's starting next week. Yay! In 10 days he'll be here for a quickie weekend visit :D I can't wait. Him either! Stuff is good :)

Ok i honestly have to get out of the house today. I think I'm going nuts. Got to go to the postoffice to send off shoesequallife's beanie! Must. Get. Motivated. To leave the house!
Later tonight I'm going over to Aly's place. Game 3 State of Origin is on tonight and everyone is going around. There are all these international travellers that everyone knows that get together once a week for "Family Dinner", which is a great idea I think! Each week it's someone else's house and they catch up and do food and have a nice time. I'm happy to be invited. I was already asked for by someone that I met on Sat night if I was coming.. yay
