I caught up with Leash today. I haven't seen her in 9 years or so....... yeah, it's a theme for this week!
We used to go to high school together, and were pretty good friends in the last few years there and then going into Uni and stuff... she's since moved from the Hills and closer into town, and turns out she's not that far from where I'm living. So we thought, hey, let's go do something.
It was great! I had alot of fun today... lots to catch up on, and gossip, and funny stuff. Then we went to the movies and saw The Hangover... heh, yeah, I liked it! Funny... I'll get it on DVD probably just for another stupid movie to watch when there's nothing better to do...
Fingers crossed we can do this more often, cuz I think I have a new buddy. Hurrah! Someone new to do the pub and/or movies with and/or just bludge with. :) And at the very least, I know I won't have to walk into my 10 year reunion on my own later this year hah.
