Ah look, it doesn't really bother me. I do wonder sometimes who reads what, and from where. But pfft. My life ain't *that* interesting really. And I'm not going to go friends-only over this. It's a bit weak.

As far as I can see - it could be a bot. Although he does tend to mark memories for users that have since changed their lists to friends only.
Maybe its just a crappy troll.
Technically he falls under the Harassment rules for LJ. So if its that much of a problem, you could report him.
I can't even comment on the poem - its not even original, he just copypasta's it to other journals.
