Vibrogym

I ended up being at the gym for nearly 2 hours yesterday and Grant got me on the Vibrogym before and after my session... it was neat! Within just over 5 minutes, I went from just touching my toes to putting my hands on the ground. Yeah, how about that! We did just warm up/downs and stretches (as opposed to actual work out on the machine) so it was pretty neat. It increases circulation and it's like a huge massage machine.

I was trying to figure out what the machine reminded me of, because it's nothing like you've ever felt before - even though it's somehow familiar. oh my god the dirtiest laugh followed that ... NO, not that kind of vibration!!! I practically slapped him for that comment.. Ha.. I laughed so hard but was shocked and embarrassed hahaha.. dirty dirty man..

It's a great way to move the lactic acid after a work out and I felt absolutely nothing when I went home! Definitely going to be hitting him up for more Vibrogym work... I have another PT session next week, and we're going to do some exercising on it which I'm looking forward to... He had said he's been waiting FOREVER for me to jump on board with the PT stuff, which as you know I've been interested in doing for SOOO long but ti's all about having the money for it, really. It's not cheap but finally I think I can afford it. We'll see how long I can keep it up for :P

The next month is going to be tough. Going away to NZ for a week is a week's less of wages.. and then who knows how much money I'll spend over there (omg I'm going to NZ NEXT WEEKEND HAHA :D YAY) and then I'm probably going up to see Pete the weekend following that. I guess it'll be a cheap weekend except for the flights up and back... mmm credit card... he's going to try and get the apartment up on the Sunshine Coast for a couple nights - yay! private beach kind of style... Going from extreme snow to beach in one week, cool huh? ;)

gym, pete, travel
