12/23/06 Evening
So another day of waking up at noon, I've really got to stop reading until four in the morning. I finished Life of Pi last night though, amazing book, not sure how I feel about the ending though. Started Fast Food Nation, and so far it is eerily informative. Went to the gym for the second time this break and kicked my ass. Came back and couldn't use Mom's Christmas blender to make a shake so I put the milk, ice cream and powder in my Nalgene and shook it up. It worked, kind of, as long as I could get past the random chunks of chocolate protein powder, there wasn't really a problem. Had a mini fight with Taylor today, she started acting really snobbishly bitchy, thinking she was funny, and I told her to knock it off because I was not about to put up with it like the rest of the people in this house, then just walked away. She tried to be friendly later but I just wasn't in the mood to deal with her. Dad closing again tonight, so he'll be home around three or four because of Christmas, which sucks. But he doesn't close tomorrow night so he'll be home around five, which is the first time in two or three years he'll be home that early on Christmas Eve, which'll be nice. Mom and I are going last minute shopping tomorrow, well, I'm going last minute shopping and I think Mom might keep me company, she's made it very clear she was done shopping a week ago. Well, back to fast food nation and hopefully asleep sometime before one, fingers crossed.
